Individual Consultations and Corporate Talks
Working with you

Consultations are usually done online using my secure and accessible system - you don't need to download any apps or software, all you need is internet access on your phone, tablet or computer.
​
There is some initial form-filling to be completed by you and I will need you to also provide a 3 to 7-day food diary, which can be done using a specialist app I give you access to on your phone. Don't worry, if you don't like apps, I can collate this information from you in other ways.
​
I go through your case history in detail, which helps me to analyse patterns and connections, but also helps me to understand what's happening for you right now and how it may have developed. I then provide you with a personalised nutrition action plan, which will be available for you to download, usually within a couple of days after your consultation.​
​
Review consultations will help me to monitor how you respond to changes made and adapt your recommendations. Most people find 1 to 2 consultations over a 6-month period beneficial.

I may recommend some tests - these are always optional, but can prove to be very useful because they can provide valuable insights and help point us in useful directions. A test will look close-up at a very specific part of you, but won't show the whole picture, which is why I will always look at your full case history.
Corporate talks
If you would like to learn more about a particular health topic, then my talks are for you! I break down the science clearly and make this relevant to you, sharing tips and answering questions.
