My 1-to-1 packages
I take a functional approach to helping my clients. This means that you receive a holistic and science-led service that focusses on the underlying influences that contribute to your symptoms or condition. I obtain information from my clients relating to current diet and health history, recommend testing if necessary and carry out scientific research to help establish the cause. From there, I develop your personalised action plan, which includes:
a specialised diet
herbal and/or dietary supplement recommendations
advice relating to stress, sleep and exercise
The action plans are personalised because we are all different; our individual lifestyles, experiences and habits impact us differently, thereby no two clients receive exactly the same advice. I offer a range of packages starting from £175 and from there, offer follow-up consultations that cost £60.
